Job Title: Senior HRIS Analyst
Location: Remote (Florida residents only, occasional on-site work required)

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will maintain the integrity and reliability of the organization’s HRIS while ensuring the system aligns with the needs, requirements, and objectives of the HR department and the health system. You will work closely with HR system users and the Information Systems Infor team to implement enhancements, resolve system issues, and provide technical support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary support for HRIS applications, ensuring system functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with HR and TA teams to understand business needs and develop solutions to enhance system effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and user training for HRIS users.
• Ensure data integrity, manage system upgrades, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Act as a communication and documentation specialist for system changes and enhancements.
• Support multiple mid-to-large-scale projects simultaneously, providing project management expertise.
• Partner with business analysts to analyze and improve HRIS processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis skills.
• Proven experience in project management and managing multiple ongoing projects.
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
• Prior experience supporting HR and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with Infor is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
