Real Estate Paralegal

Aligned Solutions is looking for a Real Estate Paralegal with a well respected company. A leading global law firm with offices in 15 countries is seeking a skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join its high-performing team. Position Overview
The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of real estate transactions—from pre-closing through post-closing. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, manage, and organize documents related to real estate transactions, including escrow instructions, title and survey review, entity formations, UCC searches, and due diligence.

  • Coordinate large, complex closings, including attending closings, managing closing documents, and tracking obligations.

  • Prepare closing documents such as basic agreements and third-party consents; compile schedules and exhibits.

  • Handle post-closing tasks including mailings, closing binders, and transfer agreements.

  • Prepare and file amendments, closing documents, and assist in preparing legal opinions.

  • Maintain timely and accurate timekeeping records.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of real estate paralegal experience in a law firm setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
