Senior Marketing Manager
Aligned Solutions is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a well respected company. A family-owned business operating within the corporate and professional services space, seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Marketing Manager (or Coordinator/Specialist, depending on experience) to lead and execute in-house marketing initiatives. We are not looking for agency support—this is an internal role for a proactive marketing professional with a passion for digital strategy, event planning, and brand development.
This role is ideal for a creative and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in every aspect of marketing—from ideation to execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies, managing campaigns, planning events, and supporting brand growth through digital and offline efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic positioning and messaging.
Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business development efforts.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Manage digital campaigns across platforms including paid search, social media, email marketing, and display ads.
Optimize website content and structure to improve user experience and drive conversions.
Analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI.
Creative & Content Development
Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, social media assets, email templates, and promotional videos.
Manage photography, videography, and visual branding to ensure consistent and high-quality content.
Event Planning & Community Engagement
Plan, coordinate, and execute events that promote community engagement and enhance brand visibility.
Oversee all aspects of event production, from creative design and invitation distribution to RSVP tracking and on-site logistics.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns and projects.
Liaise with vendors, creative partners, and PR contacts as needed to fulfill marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Canva.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms.
Exceptional organizational, writing, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Experience coordinating with external vendors and creative professionals.
