Reporting to the Manager of Customer Service Operations, the Customer Service Supervisor performs a variety of challenging administrative and operational duties in an environment where timely, accurate responses are critical. The best-qualified candidate is an energetic, forward-thinking professional who plans for the future by routinely reviewing data and trends, recommending process improvements, and implementing changes that streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. This person will be an effective leader and team member who gets along well with all types of people and carries out the mission of BWP with pride and dignity. Finally, the selected candidate will have a reputation for being able to deescalate emotionally charged situations with customers quickly and respectfully.

Qualifying Education & Experience: AA degree in business, public administration, accounting or a related field plus four years recent experience in a customer service role which was responsible for handling and accounting for considerable sums of money and at least one year of supervisory experience. Qualifying applicants will also be able to type accurately from clear copy at a speed of 45 net words per minute.

Salary: $64,687 - $89,172, DOQ, plus an excellent benefits package.
