The Broward Addiction & Recovery Center (BARC) is one of five divisions within Broward County’s Human Services Department. BARCoffers a comprehensive range of services for residents over the age of 18 who affected by substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders. Services offered on a sliding fee scale and include: Admissions and Assessment, Medically-supervised Inpatient Detoxification, Residential Treatment Services, Intensive Outpatient Treatment, and Outpatient Treatment.

The County seeks a proven leader with administrative and management skills who understands the requirements of federal and state regulations, accreditation and licensing that is associated with BARC or similar operations.

Requires a bachelor's degree (a master's degree preferred), AND at least nine years in a social service organization including six years of high level supervisory and administrative experience or closely related experience.

Salary $99,649 to $159,040.
