American Dream Search has partnered with a leading Light-Gauge Metals Service Center on a Senior Outside Sales Representative search.

Summary (About this Position):

We are looking for an experienced sales professional in the Chicago or Baltimore metro area with a background in selling carbon flat rolled products into target industries including: metal buildings, metal roofing/siding/walls, garage door, appliance, automotive, and container. The ideal candidate will have experience selling light-gauge (<0.050” thick) carbon flat rolled products including cold rolled, galvanized, aluminized, coated/painted, and strip steel and have a book of business already established.

The new hire will have a goal of 10,000 tons per year of profitable business. 

Your Profile (Required background)

• 5+ years experience selling Carbon Flat Rolled Steel
• Experience selling into targeted industries
• Ability to Travel up to 50%
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required
• Book of Business preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• $120,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Annual Bonus Plan (up to $225,000 OTE)
