American Dream Search has partnered with a rapidly growing technology company in the Steel Industry in search of multiple Business Development Managers. 

Summary (About this Position):

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with 8+ years experience in the Metals Industry. The Business Development Manager will be tasked with effectively matching suppliers with buyers and closing deals to maximize net revenue. 

Your Profile (Required background)

• 8+ years experience selling Carbon Steel, Stainless, and/or Aluminum
• Located in the Midwest US or Texas
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
• Strong relationships with Metal Service Centers is a plus

Compensation & Benefits:

• $130,000 - $135,000 Base Salary
• Unlimited Monthly Commissions (160k+ OTE) 
• Remote
