American Dream Search is representing a growing importer and distributor of flat rolled aluminum products that is actively seeking a National Sales Manager to drive new business across packaging, converting, automotive, and industrial markets.

Summary:The National Sales Manager will develop new customers in various packaging, converting, automotive and industrial markets as well as building relationships with global manufacturing partners to provide the highest value solutions. The Sales Manager is responsible for evaluating customer’s business needs, providing quotes/contracts, closing new business, ensuring product deliveries, invoices and payments are closed on a timely, ongoing basis. Select existing customers will be offered to the new Sales Manager, however, the expectation is development of new customer accounts and sales opportunities. 

The ideal candidate must be a self-directed, detail- oriented professional who can quickly absorb and retain technical product knowledge, understand how the products are manufactured, and use this knowledge to support clients in sourcing their product needs from our global manufacturing partners.


You'll Be Selling:Aluminum coil and foil products into various markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and grow new customer accounts, while managing select existing relationships.

  • Learn the technical side of aluminum foils, packaging films, common alloys, and mill capabilities.

  • Act as a liaison between customers, the internal team, and global manufacturing partners.

  • Provide quotes and close new business with full-cycle follow-up through invoicing and payment.

  • Stay informed by visiting mill partners, attending trade shows, and tracking industry trends.

  • Travel up to 10–50% as needed to build strong customer relationships.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Aluminum Flat Rolled sales experience, ideally in foil or coil products

  • Technical background preferred (e.g., aluminum processing, packaging converting, engineering).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Business acumen including cost, margin, and pricing strategies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
