American Dream Search has partnered with a premier Aluminum Flat Rolled Service Center on an Outside Sales Manager search for the Wisconsin territory.

Summary (About this Position):

We are looking for an experienced sales professional in the Eastern Wisconsin area with a strong background in Aluminum Sheet sales. The ideal candidate will have experience selling in the Wisconsin area and possess the expertise and drive to grow the existing territory. This a hunter/farmer role, whereas the new hire will be expected to upsell existing accounts, as well as bring on new business. 

The focus will be on number of pounds sold per month, with lucrative commissions being tied to your monthly output. Both contractual and transactional sellers are welcome. 

Your Profile (Required background)

• 5+ years experience selling Aluminum sheet - required
• Outside Sales experience within the Eastern Wisconsin area - required
• Travel up to 75% within territory - required
• Experience selling Galvanized, Cold Rolled, Galvannealed, HRPO, Copper, and Stainless sheet products is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
• Monthly Uncapped Commission Plan ($$/per pound)
