American Dream Search has partnered with premier Japanese Specialty Metals manufacturer on a Sales Account Manager search in Houston, TX

Summary (About this Position): We are looking for an experienced HPA seller with a strong metallurgical aptitude. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the specialty steel industry. This role requires advanced metallurgical knowledge, technical expertise in steel materials, and a deep understanding of materials science applications across critical industries.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage sales expertise to execute a strategic sales plan to target accounts in Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Medical, and Semiconductor industries
• Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts by offering technical consultations and comprehensive metallurgical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technically sophisticated presentations and proposals demonstrating deep understanding of materials science.

Qualifications: 

• 5+ Years in HPA sales is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or related discipline is required
• Located in the Houston metro area is required 
• Willingness to travel to clients as needed is required
• MBA is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $110,000 - $120,000 Base Salary
• Commissions
