American Dream Search has partnered with the world leader in Stainless Steel Bar on a critical search for a Regional Sales Manager. 

Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and oversee two Account Managers, which will supply critical inside sales support. Your primary responsibilities will involve servicing existing customer accounts and actively developing both current and new accounts to achieve budgeted sales goals. Your territory will compromise much of the Midwestern states with an expectation of 50% travel. Your other time will be spent from the company's office in Buffalo Grove, as this is a hybrid position. This role offers a base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 with an uncapped, yearly bonus. 

You’ll Be Selling:

Stainless long products (round bar, hex, square) to end users and distributors.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new business in the region
• Service existing accounts in the region
• Oversee Inside Sales Team
• Manage Regional Sales Goals and Budget
• Provide Technical Assistance
• Sales Order Entry
• Adhere to the company's Quality Policy and ensure standards are met

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of Stainless Long Product sales experience
• A book of business or key contacts with end users
  
• Proven success building and managing customer relationships
• Bachelor's Degree
• Hunter Mentality
• Entrepreneurial Spirit

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $120,000–$130,000
• Uncapped Annual Bonus (4% of Gross Profit)
