American Dream Search has partnered with a leading Metal Roofing & Siding Manufacturer on a General Manager search.

Summary (About this Position):

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a background in either Metal Roll-forming or Metal Roofing sales and/or manufacturing. The GM  will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch including but not limited to Sales/Customer Service, Manufacturing and Delivery.

Your Profile (Required background)

• 5+ years experience in a Metal Sales environment, preferably in roll-forming or metal roofing 
• Bachelor's Degree
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Energetic, Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Effective Writing and Oral Communication skills.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.

Job Duties:

• Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and providing solutions to problems.
• Maintaining daily business transactions for the branch as well as assets and inventory.
• Ensuring that the assigned duties of all personnel are being completed on a daily basis and in a timely manner.
• Assuring that Company procedures and policies are practiced.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
• Quarterly Profit Bonus (2% of branch profits)
