American Dream Search has partnered with premier rebar fabricator in the Northeast on an exclusive Sales Manager search.

Summary (About this Position):

We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a background in selling rebar to foundation and superstructure concrete contractors. This position comes with a set of accounts and lead list, however, it is also expected that the Sales Manager engage in prospecting efforts as well. The Sales Manager will be expected to sell 10,000 tons within the first year. Any sales exceeding 10,000 tons will be granted a $10/ton commission.

Your Profile (Required background)

• 5+ years experience selling Rebar fabricated products
• Located in the Northeast (NJ/NYC Metro area preferred) 
• Travel as needed within assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000 - $100,000 Base Salary
• Unlimited Commissions ($10/ton after first 10k tons sold)
• Remote within region
