Summary (About this Position):

We are looking for a QA Specialist in the Chicago OR Houston area. We are looking for an accomplished and versatile leader with repeated success leveraging diverse expertise in a wide range of areas, including international quality assurance (QA) management, continuous process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and exemplary customer service. 

This position requires multiple 30-day long business trips to Japan. 

Your Profile (Required background)

• 5+ years of QA experience in the Metals Industry
• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• Lean Six Sigma expertise
• Exceptional Communication Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Experience with international QA
• Familiarity with specialty steel products and applications.
• SAE AS9100C;Internal Auditor
• SAE AS9100C;Advance Internal Auditor
• AS9120 – Aerospace Quality Standards
• ISO / IEC 17025;2017

Compensation & Benefits:

• $130,000 - $150,000+ Base Salary
• Hybrid
