Summary:As the Logistics Account Executive you are responsible for growing the Logistics business by assessing new customers and building a customer pipeline. You will cultivate strong working relationships with existing and new clients. This role offers a base salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + commissions. 

You'll Be Selling: Transportation and Supply Chain solutions to companies in the Metals Industry that need to move material more efficiently.

What You'll Do:

• Achieve sales goals by assessing potential client needs and following a defined selling process.
• Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage full sales cycle pipeline, from identification of prospects to the first load.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities, in coordination with account management team.
• Prepare concise and accurate business reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
• Prepare for and participate in regular customer business reviews in coordination with logistics account management team.
• Embody company values and build trust with customer network and carrier partners

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years in Logistics Sales
• Bachelor's degree

• Base Salary: $80,000–$85,000
