Summary (About this Position)

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a background in selling carbon flat rolled coated product.The ideal candidate will have experience selling truck load quantities of Galvanized, Galvannealed, Galvalume, Aluminized, Cold Rolled, etc. The RAE will sell inro OEM & Construction end users, ranging from Electrical, Agriculture, Appliance, HVAC, Transportation, Equipment, and Energy. An existing book of business is strongly preferred.

Your Profile (Required background)

• 5+ years experience in outside sales, preferably in the flat rolled coated steel space
• Willingness to travel 50% within assigned territory
• Bachelor's Degree
• Technologically savvy and experience working with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
• Enthusiastic

Job Duties:

• Consult on-site with customers to ascertain needs and provide recommendations for strategy and product solutions.
• Strengthen existing industry and customer relationships, while developing new relationships, in assigned geographic territory.
• Achieve sales targets to increase revenue and company profitability.
• Conduct ongoing analysis on current accounts and develop new revenue-increasing strategies.
• Prospect for new business opportunities within assigned geographic territory and partner with other sales resources to ensure proper sales coverage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $80,000 - $110,000 Base Salary
• Quarterly Commission Structure ($44,000 Annual Average)
• Remote
