The Company has been in business for over 35 years serving many high-profile, worldwide clients. The Position Imperial Marketing is hiring a Business Development Call Center Manager to manage both inbound and outbound call center operations of the Company.

 

The call center works within the automotive F&I industry, so the ideal candidate will have knowledge and background in this industry.

This position has the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service as well as lead and direct 10-15 team members. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge of all Company programs
  • Training, coaching, and counseling call center employees on sales call processes that increase performance and produce measured results
  • Setting expectations and monitoring call performance of team members
  • Developing and tracking call center metrics
  • Identify and forward to Regional Managers any discovered conquest acquisition opportunities
  • Supporting Regional Managers when the need arises
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Cultivating good customer relations by responding to customers’ needs in a timely manner
  • Approving team member timesheets and PTO.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working within the automotive and F&I industry
  • 2+ years of experience managing and leading staff members
  • 5+ years of customer service experience in a call center setting
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong team-building and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure
