What's the Job?

  
You will be helping to organize and store this data so we can put together an understanding of a single view of our visitors. We recently restructured our team into “pods,” and you will be the next leader who will manage the ETL and data warehousing processes. The role is primarily hands-on, but you will be managing several other data engineers.

 

Your expertise in SQL and AWS Redshift will be necessary in order for us to achieve our goals as a team, and you will get some exposure to big data technologies such as Spark. Your efforts will have a significant impact across the entire organization.

What Skills Do You Need?

 
• Must be very strong in AWS, specifically with Redshift, and SQL databases
• Experience in people management of small teams (1-3 engineers) highly preferred
• You should have a working knowledge of Scala, Kafka, and Python
 

Compensation?

 
• $110,000 - $130,000 annual base salary
