We are a fintech startup that is revolutionizing the real estate world. Our mission is to allow access for millions of renters all across the nation and especially local to NYC. We work with financial and insurance products to allow qualifying renters to move into the home of their dreams.
What will you do?
- Be a problem solver, prioritizer and fast learner
- Own multiple IT projects within the team such as requests that come through the ticketing system, Zoom room support and logging inventory
- Work comfortably on Apple, Windows and Linux OS
- Act as an escalation point for the IT and Security teams
What skills do you have?
- Ability to manage SaaS tools like Slack, Okta, Zoom, Google Workspace and more
- 5-7 year background in IT support or similar role
- Extensive MacOS and Windows experience
- Ability to script in Bash, Python or Swift
- Prior configuration management of a corporate network
