We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Product Manager - Digital Experience, with a strong go-to-market experience and sound business acumen, to lead our efforts to transform our in-restaurant experience, Worldwide. Proven success in identifying growth opportunities, strategic positioning of different products, and communicating the value proposition through campaigns and integrated marketing programs.

The Product Manager is instrumental in driving the development and implementation of technology solutions seamlessly; at our restaurants, kiosks, digital shelving, our order ready screens, and digital drive-thru's.

As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, alongside our technology providers and franchisees, to ensure the success of our initiatives across various digital channels. Your work ethic is dedicated to optimizing consumer experiences through collaborative strategies.

 

The Product Manager is an analytical team player with several years of product and development experience, who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities across various digital channels. .

 

 

What is your mission:

• Create business models, mainatain a digital roadmap and analyze competitive landscape
• You will guide the team from ideation to execution while translating between technical and business requirements.
• Proven ability in managing/leading the development and product teams
• Develop and monitor data-driven analytics
• Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
• Develop a comprehensive customer experience strategy that improves guest and team member experience for at-restaurant experiences
• Lead cross-functional teams, including Operations, Restaurant Technology, Engineering, and Marketing
• Lead build, buy, partner technology decisions. Manage technology providers and deliver excellent solutions on a predictable timeline
• Manage franchisee committees, building relationships with franchisees and gathering valuable input on digital projects
• Provide updates to senior leadership, including our Brand President, and our franchise advisory board

 

 

What do you need to be successful as a Product Manager:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 8+ years of experience in Product Management & Development, preferably in the restaurant or technology industry.
• Able to work in technically complex, aggressive-timeframe, high-pressure circumstances.
• Excellent management, collaboration, leadership skills, problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 8 years of product management experience,
• Ability to gather insights from data; SQL, Tableau or Looker experience
• Vendor management, including selection and contract negotiations
• Experience working with digital platforms, such as kiosks or point of sales
• Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic capacities
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and franchise systems
• Super strong written and collaboration skills
