Job Title: Vice President (VP) of Product

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a creative and experienced Vice President of Product to lead our product development efforts in Mexico City

 

What's the job?

• You will have ownership of re-platforming all our D2C Applications across all platforms. This includes registration flows, new features, highlighting better content, gamification including rewards programs, acquisition of users, and attracting/retaining users.
• We will also look to re-platform our Advertising Technology ecosystem as well as instill new data platforms and data lakes.
• You'll need to look at all our D2C applications and know them inside and out, what is working, what we need to do to strengthen viewer retention and how can we always improve the DC Product across all devices.

You'll lead a team of product managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, innovation, and execution. You'll need to understand market trends, identify customer needs, and deliver high-impact products that drive the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (D2C) and D2C Applications.
• Experience with over-the-top (OTT), and advertising technology (ad tech) platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in product management delivering successful digital products.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization, making every interaction enjoyable.
