What's the Job?
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and supportings our products for our key clients and accounts, along with serving as an internal advocate for the organization. We're looking for someone who can be a visionary and knowledge-expert for various teams, and is ready to hit the ground running.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a technical background, and is motivating by creating relationships with stakeholders centered around our unique product. This role is defined by the question of "how does it make the most sense for our customer make use of our product."
*Please not that this role is based in Manhattan and will require around 30% travel domestically
