What's the Job?

 

As a Chief Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading the data science team for our organization. The role will be primarily hands-on and requires several years of experience of machine learning in a production level setting, while managing a small team of Data Scientists and Data Engineers. We have a preference for those who live, breath, and sweat the start-up life, and those who have experience leading in this type of culture will immediately thrive with us.

 
Ideally, you're the type of individual that can really "wow" us, whether that's with a machine learning platform that you've built, an impressive academic career, or a publication or patent that you'd like to tell us about.

What Skills Do You Need?

 

• A proven track record of hands-on Data Engineering and Data Science expertise in a production level setting

• Concrete examples of building machine learning based platforms for product driven companies, ideally consumer facing

• Experience in managing and hiring Data Scientists and Data Engineers

  

Compensation?

  

• $175,000 - $200,000 base salary

• Equity package

• Full Medical, Dental and Vision
