What's the Job?

 

The Director of Data Science will be leading a new data analytics team within our company focused on sharing data across our different divisions. Our challenge recently has been utilizing the massive amount of data that are various properties are collecting, then sharing that data so our company can obtain actionable insights from it across the board. Ideally we need to improve our marketing optimization to improve our businesses, and your division will spearhead this.

 

You will be working with user behavior data collected from various sources across our organization. This means you will be working cross-functionally and interacting withmany different stakeholders in the company.

 

You will have three direct reports below you with data science/analyst backgrounds. The group will be growing going forward, so there is very real opportunity for growth as a leader in this new division.

 

Compensation?

 

• $200,000 - $250,000 base salary

 

• 20% Bonus

 

• Full Medical, Dental and Vision

 

• 401(K) with company match

What Skills Do You Need?

 

• You must have a background analyzing user behavior in your last role in the Marketing, Advertising or Media space

 

• Master's or PhD from a respected institution

 

• You have shown multi-year commitments in your last role(s)

 

• Deep understanding of Data Science and analytics
