Job Title: Senior Finance Systems Analyst

Position Overview:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing finance systems, processes, and workflows to support our financial operations and strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in finance and technology to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

 

HYBRID ROLE - MUST be willing to work 3 or 4 days in the NYC, LA, or Nashville offices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, product configuration, and user acceptance testing management on finance-related systems, particularly Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Evaluate solution options, configure, demo, and make recommendations within the context of finance D365 F&O and other tech platforms.
• Collaborate with global finance teams to deliver product configuration and support that can scale across countries.
• Manage small projects related to finance platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to requirements.
• Facilitate requirements review and design sessions with business owners, maintaining Business Use Case and Process Flows with requirement changes.
• Serve as the key liaison between the business and technical solutions delivery team, ensuring alignment of objectives and smooth project execution.
• Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized technical and business presentations, along with daily and weekly progress metrics.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 8 years of hands-on experience implementing D365 F&O/AX ERP applications, with specific expertise in finance accounting, fixed assets, accounts payable, and finance reporting modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data validation, pivot tables, and reporting financial data.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Strong expertise in business workflow modeling and project/product planning.
• Comprehensive understanding of source control, unit testing, and continuous integration practices.
• Deep knowledge of relational database design principles.
