Our customer in Fort Wayne, IN is looking for an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for the accounting and administration of managing their corporate benefit programs. The ideal candidate offers experience in FMLA, COBRA, ADA, and has an understanding of maintaining compliance for benefit plans.

A qualified candidate will offer:

  • BA/BS in HR, Business and/or equivalent technical training
  • 3+ years' in HR/benefits related position
  • Strong understanding of federal and state laws related to benefits
