Our customer in Elkhart, IN is looking for a self-motivated maintenance technician to join their team. This is a direct hire, first shift position Monday - Friday with very rare weekends.
This person will work on a variety of equipment - they must be strong with pneumatics, electrical, mechanical, welders and fabrication. They have some unique production processes and equipment they're happy to train someone on, they're just looking for strong electrical skills and a good work ethic. This person will be part of a team but will have to be pretty well self directed and motivated, be a strong problem solver and be able to communicate effectively with all different departments in the plant.
