Our customer is looking for a Schedule Controller to oversee a major project in De Soto, KS. This person will be responsible for managing labor hours and tracking the progress of the project on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using Microsoft Project. It is a direct hire position offering a competitive hourly rate and full benefits with a highly regarded company.

The ideal candidate offers 5+ years' experience in the industrial, construction and/or mechanical installation field.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Communicating with project management team installation milestones to ensure project is within original budget and on schedule
• Analyze any delays or problems on the schedule based on the daily report from the Installation Area Manager and subcontractor’s daily/weekly/monthly report.
• Understanding estimated cost and manhours needed to complete tasks and achieve customer project expectations
