We are working with a client in La Porte, Indiana that is looking to hire a Painter/ Lead to their team. This is a growing and successful company that is a leading manufacturer in drilling equipment. The role is a full time position on first shift, with a competitive hourly pay rate along with benefits and 401k.

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the department and keeping it efficient enough to properly supply the shop with painted parts on time
• Put away items that are bought in, in their according bins
• Organize and clean the Paint Department
• Maintain and update missing parts list for each Rig either in pull or production
• Pull, paint, and stage rig components
