Our customer in Allegan, MI is looking for an innovative and driven engineer to focus on new product development. This person should be experienced and passionate about cradle to grave product development. They will take an idea and run with it, from design to testing, determining materials to use and establishing manufacturing processes. 

Qualifications: 

• R&D experience
• Strong 3D Design background (Solidworks and AutoCAD)
• Creative and excited to try new things - not afraid to fail and start over if you have to
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or materials related
