Our customer in Three Rivers, Michigan is looking to add a Maintenance Manager to their growing team. This candidate will need to have leadership abilities, electrical understanding, and experience with P&L. This role will focus on:

• Leading maintenance staff in repairs of production equipment.
• PLC Diagnostics and repair, welding, and metal fabrication.
• Creating department budget. 
• Mentoring and growing maintenance team.

The role is on-site with travel to Elkhart, IN once a week.
