Our customer in Constantine, MI is looking to add a Process Engineer to their growing team. This person will be mainly responsible for analyzing equipment, leading improvement teams, and ensuring quality. In addition this person will be responsible for adhering to core values, safety guidelines, and lean initiatives. Requirements of this position include, 

• 3-5 years' experience in process improvement within manufacturing, with a focus on paper

• Proficiency in statistical problem-solving methodology and statistical process control.

• Proven track record in successful implementation of continuous improvement manufacturing programs.

• Strong self-motivation, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently or within a team.
