They are looking to add thoughtful problem solvers with great people skills to our growing Product Management team. The Product Management Professional (exact level open) is responsible for assimilating the internal and market inputs used to drive product priorities, the documentation of product priorities, the design of the products, the communication with the technology team to execute on those priorities, the communication of product details with various team members and clients, and understanding and communicating the results of our solution to internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you’ll manage the solutions that will exceed the demands of some of the most demanding organizations in one of the most demanding industries.
Drive new products from prototype stage all the way to launch, with clear, coordinated, cross-functional communication and buy-in.
Continue to manage products through ongoing validation including with internal and client stakeholders to ensure ease of use, scalability and operationally sound execution.
Bring a strong detail orientation to the product development process. Help teams understand the necessity of every detail, and make sure everything is shipped to the best of the team's ability.
Work together with the team's Client Operations, Engineering, Content, User Research and Design, and Sales professionals to identify and prioritize targets for new product experimentation and functionality.
Work with product and executive leadership to define the vision, strategy, and business cases for products and services. Use product sensibility, experience learning from product launches, and market research to inform company product roadmap, and iterate on existing products.
Work with the team's Product and Engineering leadership to identify high-value integration points for new products.
Define product goals and assist in building the dashboards to track them, and most importantly, regularly circle back to identify if goals were / were not met, and adjust product life cycle, sprint schedule, and roadmap accordingly.
Drive process to ensure that the launch of new features is communicated internally to key stakeholders and to clients.
Drive internal communication around incident resolution and work with Client Operations to ensure detailed information is available to feed the communication with with Clients.
Establish and drive product and release quality standards that allow our client to meet the contractually agreed upon Service Level Agreements agreed to in client contracts.
Ability to drive technically-focused teams to shipping successful enterprise products from ideation through design, development, implementation, and iteration.
Experience with lightweight concept validation and qualitative user research methodologies.
Ability to work with teams across a wide range of time zones, and stay on top of multiple work streams.
Experience with health care products and services is a plus, along with health data-related standards and interchange protocols.
