Sr. Full Stack Engineer

Our client is an artificial intelligence company that organizes and analyzes text-based data sources and generates analyst-grade natural language summaries for a variety of industries. Our objective is to help our customers understand the world around them -- whether it is emerging geopolitical events, development of a product line or area of research, or monitoring a portfolio of companies’ financial performances.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be a key member of the Platform Engineering team, developing the core products powered by our machine learning algorithms and natural language technology. You will partner with product managers and other engineers to realize our ambitious vision to help our customers understand the ever-growing sea of information they care about.


    • Collaborate with design and product to build functional and delightful product experiences
    • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
    • Build out storage, backend, and frontend layers for new features and products


    • Strong knowledge of core JavaScript, React, Redux, and HTML5 / CSS3
    • Expertise in python, web servers, and data stores
    • Experience with the development and long-term maintenance of SaaS products
    • Proficiency writing unit and integration tests
    • 5+ years of professional full stack development

Major Pluses

    • Numerical methods and/or machine learning experience
    • Hands-on DevOps experience with organization-level cloud infrastructure
    • Elasticsearch experience, especially as applied to information retrieval and search relevance
    • Foreign language
