Their software crunches through the data to help our customers understand the world around them -- whether it is a stock they are tracking or an emerging geopolitical event in a far-flung part of the world. Their customers include analysts at some of the world’s largest corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies.
A Solutions Architect with our client will have the unique role of leveraging their engineering skills to solve individual customer problems. You’ll regularly engage with the customer in both pre and post sales capacities, to scope and prototype the solution, lead the implementation/deployment, and address obstacles that might hinder a customer from being successful with our product. Using your ability to detect problems before they happen, and size-up new technical concepts quickly, you enable customers to understand and experience the value of the product.
To succeed in this role, you must enjoy problem-solving, especially in new environments where you don’t have all the context. You should be curious about your work, not settling for “good enough”, but instead “is there a better way to do this?” Having a background in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps will be an asset to you in this role. Strong people skills are also essential as you will be working closely with customers.

The Solutions Architecture team is a jack-of-all-trades organization that serves as the interface between the customers and the company. Our charter is: (1) scope and deploy our suite of NLP/NLG solutions to our customers; (2) prototype new technologies and concepts to meet the needs of the customer; (3) maintain our current customer relationships and seek opportunities to improve customer usage and satisfaction; and (4) channel customer feedback and usage patterns back to Client to drive future product development.
