Position: Food Production Manager

Location: Allentown, PA area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Managing a Food processing facility.
• Ability to Manage multiple Departments and Production lines
• Create systems and structures that improve cross-functional team communication.
• Quality experience related to Continuous Improvement.
• Develop and implement Key Process Indicators (KPI) and metrics.
• Experience with P&L, Budgets, and Capital Improvement projects.
• Experience with HACCP, SQF, PCQI, BRC, GMP, and FSMA.
