Location: Clifton, New Jersey area
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Culinary degree from Culinary Institute of America
Culinary Training from Cordon Bleu is a plus
New Product development for Food Service
Creation of new frozen breaded and marinated Seafood
Create innovative Recipe Formulations
Develop New Flavor Profiles based on Customer specifications
Conduct Bench top Testing and Pilot Runs
Reverse Engineer Competitor Products
Identify and qualify new Supplier Ingredients
Transfer Recipes to Mass Production facilities overseas
Liaisons with Contract Manufacturers and co-packers
Understand Allergens and Labeling Requirements
Bilingual language proficiency preferred
