Position: Maintenance Manager

Location: El Paso, Texas area

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years of Maintenance Management experience leading a team of Technicians on multiple shifts.
• Start-up experience: Brownfield, Greenfield, and equipment transfers a plus.
• Manage Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance processes and Work Flows. Diagnose circuits, motors, fuses, timers, relays, etc.
• Participate in Project Management of Capital Equipment. Coordinate with Engineering regarding New Production line layout and installation.
• Strong knowledge of Ladder Logic and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI): Allen Bradley, GE, Siemens, ADC, Eaton, ABB, Schneider Electric
• Improve Machine conditions to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• Troubleshoot and Repair Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Vacuum equipment.
• Facilities Maintenance: HVAC, Compressed Air, Electrical 480v, Mechanical, Carpentry, Sheetrock, Painting.
• Prioritize repair Work Orders, Schedule Maintenance Technicians, manage Machine Shop and Spare Parts inventory.
• Update and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, electrical schematics, and Engineering sketches/drawings.
• Flexibility to work various shifts in a semi-automated, fast-paced Manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
