Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Atlanta, Georgia area
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
- Experience in new Business Development and Market Expansion. Must enjoy Prospecting and Cold Calling with strong Organization and Follow-up skills.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Ability to grow Market Share in competitive environment.
- B2B Sales Experience in Plastics industry preferred.
- Ability to Travel, attend Trade Shows and Close Deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop short, mid and long-term Customer Development plans. Execute plan based on the company's Strategy and Business Development needs.
- Identify new customer requirements to maximize factory production efficiencies and profits.
- Coordinate with Factory and Supply Chain to insure Customer Satisfaction with product quality and on-time deliveries.
- Develop collaborate partnership channels and promote innovative cooperation selling models.
- Collect market intelligence on industry demand and understand competitors to ensure the business development strategy is relevant.
