Position: R&D Food Scientist

Location: Bay Shore, New York area

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Baking & Pastry Arts or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science
  • At least 3 years of R&D new product development experience in a commercial Bakery environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO, and Food Quality technical knowledge of Manufacturing and Production Operations.
  • AIB certification and Culinary Arts and training in the science of baking and pastry production is preferred.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
