Position: Property Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Milton, Massachusetts area

Qualifications:

• Experience Property Management Maintenance
• Knowledge of Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, Painting, and Electrical.
• Diagnose: HVAC, Appliances, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Drywall, and Exterior Structural.
• Understand and Comply with Fair Housing laws and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Review Contracts and Vendor Bids. Oversee Contractor and Vendor work schedules.
• A solid understanding of bids, contracts, Budgets, and Preventative Maintenance.

Basic Job Responsibilities

• Complete Maintenance Work Orders for residents while maintaining the company’s property
• Supervise Service Technicians: Prioritizing assignments, delegating work, reviewing Service Requests
• Organize daily service requests and prioritize the work orders to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
• Inspect all aspects of property: grounds, building, vacant apartments, fire alarms, for Preventive Maintenance and curb appeal
• Manage supplies, vendors, contractors and inventory.
