Position: Assistant Bakery Manager
Location: Baltimore, Maryland area
The Assistant Bakery Manager is responsible for the daily supervision of Bakery Department operations. You will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and monitor the quality of Bakery products.
High School and Bakery experience (Culinary certification a plus)
Experience with Supermarket, In-Store Bakery, or free-standing Bakery
Knowledge as Baker, Cake Decorator, or Pastry Chef
Sanitation and GMP, HACCP, SQF or BRC knowledge
Product Merchandising experience: building retail food displays for Bread, Muffins, Cakes, Cookies, Pastry.
Customer Service and Production Planning experience
Materials control, Inventory, and cost control knowledge
