Qualifications:

• Pastry Chef with Culinary Experience or education.
• Experience in creating gourmet desserts and pasties
• Creates pastries and various baked goods. Decorating pastries and desserts.
• Develops new recipes and items for seasonal menus.
• Ordering supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section.
• Flexibility to work various schedules.
