We’re seeking a Warehouse Managerto lead warehouse operations in Lincoln, Alabama — a 100,000-square-foot, climate-controlled manufacturing and distribution center for sports equipment. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee pick-pack-ship distribution activities, manage a team of 10–12 employees, and drive productivity, accuracy, and morale in a growing organization that values culture and long-term employee development. Lead a 10–12-person warehouse team, fostering accountability, efficiency, and team cohesion. Maintain accurate records and implement management controls to keep product flow and inventory optimized. Coordinate daily with corporate and pod leaders to align production, distribution, and manufacturing schedules. Support warehousing and raw-material management, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing operations. Drive a culture of communication and collaboration, promoting teamwork, recognition, and shared ownership of results.
