We are excited to assist our client, a renowned leader in the equipment rental industry, in their search for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative in the Power/HVAC division. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will use your sales expertise to deliver engineered power and climate control solutions, including diesel generators, chillers, and air-conditioning equipment. Build relationships, deliver top-notch customer service, and play a crucial role in providing innovative solutions for clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Increase revenue by understanding customer needs and offering specialized rental solutions.
• Establish new accounts through phone calls and in-person visits.
• Present a wide range of turnkey services to customers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide site assessments and custom solutions.
• Assist customers with quotes, equipment sizing, and job site planning.
• Demonstrate and train customers on equipment usage.
• Follow up on invoices and payments, ensuring a smooth sales process.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of construction or related equipment is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, selling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel).
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
