We’re seeking a Quoting Specialist to own the quoting pipeline—building estimates, maintaining CRM accuracy, tracking leads through the funnel, and supporting smooth job setup. You’ll be joining a company with 30+ years of cooling tower expertise, known for proactive maintenance and cost-efficient service. In this role, you’ll connect sales, service, operations, and finance to ensure jobs are priced correctly, documented clearly, and ready to launch. If you have estimating/quoting experience and want to grow into a core operations role, this is a strong fit. Position Offers Up to $80K depending on experience. Full-time estimating/quoting role with room to grow and expand responsibility Comprehensive benefits and retirement package Ability to influence process improvements, lead tracking efficiency, and job setup accuracy What You’ll Do Prepare and issue customer quotes using company pricing and scope details Maintain CRM accuracy — track leads, update records, and monitor the sales funnel Enter and track quotes in QuickBooks/quoting software; set up new jobs and contract values Communicate with customers to answer questions, revisions, and move quotes to signature Review all estimates for accuracy and completeness before release Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance to ensure smooth onboarding and job launch Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and finance to support smooth customer onboarding Requirements 3–5 years quoting, estimating, pricing, or sales support experience preferred Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Familiarity with QuickBooks or ERP/job-setup tools Strong attention to detail and follow-through with documentation Ability to learn, grow, and expand responsibility Application Process If your experience matches the description above, submit your resume, and one of our recruiters will be in touch to tell you more about the position and learn more about your experience and aspirations.
