Customer Service Manager

Bemana, LLC - Philadelphia, PA

We are hiring a Customer Service Manager on behalf of a highly reputable motor repair shop. This person will be tasked with the following responsibilities: 

  • Leading the business to deliver safety, customer excellence, operational, profit, and sales goals.
  • Overall responsibility for managing all storage operations and services, and the customer service team including all quoting and customer touchpoint activity.
  • Profit and Loss responsibilities.
  • Setting and executing the operating plan for the area
  • Responsible for delivering improvement in the Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Inventory.

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business or other technical Integrated Supply Chain discipline
  • 5 years’ proven track record in sales management or business development
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Projects and CRM/Salesforce
  • Technical skills to understand and propose products, services, or solutions for technical customers
  • Experience with strategic analysis, researching markets, organizing and directing targeted relationships, and using good sales processes to develop a growth and retention strategies.
  • Background and experience with motor repair and application.
