Bemana is seeking a Production Supervisor for a manufacturer in the Waxahachie, TX area. This role involves overseeing and coordinating production activities for packaging solutions made of foams and plastics, including Styrofoam, ceiling tiles, pharmaceutical coolers, printed labels, and cold chain gel packs. This is a hands-on leadership role—visible on the floor and willing to assist when needed—while not dedicated to machine operation for extended periods. You will oversee a team of up to 40 production associates, depending on staffing levels, while ensuring a culture of safety and protecting the well-being of all team members. What We Offer $60-$75K salary plus quarterly bonus. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions. Quarterly incentive bonus, contingent on company-wide KPI performance. 1st shift, 6:00am-4:00pm Excellent benefits, 401K + match, PTO Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production operations across 1st shift, overseeing up to 40 team members. Drive performance across all KPIs, including OEE, quality, schedule adherence, and safety metrics. Perform or support machine troubleshooting and repairs Enforce safety and environmental policies; support daily shift safety meetings. Maintain accurate production and labor records Skills: KPI-driven, mechanically inclined, organized, and hands-on leadership style. Experience with scheduling workflow preferred 5+ years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in manufacturing environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Epicor, Netsuite, and Paylocity preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Certifications: OSHA 10 or 30 preferred; 5S experience a plus. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand/walk on concrete, and work in hot, non-climate controlled environments.
