Sales Manager

Bemana, LLC - Decatur, IL

We are hiring a sales manager on behalf of a well-established, growing client. We are looking for someone with experience industrial B2B sales management experience, preferably in the electric motor, rotating equipment or related industries. See below for more information.


  • Manage approximately 5 account managers, setting goals, coaching and coordinating as needed.
  • Sell new equipment, repairs, and service contracts in a designated territory.
  • Build and grow personal and professional relationships with customers.
  • Prepare competitive quotes and proposals consistent with trends in the marketplace.


  • 3-5 years of sales management experience.
  • 5+ years sales experience to industrial end-users.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A proven track-record of sales and customer service successes.
  • Results-oriented, self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be an effective written and oral communicator.
  • Skilled negotiator.
