The Role: Account Manager

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact while driving sales in a dynamic environment? As an Account Manager at DollarDays, you'll play a pivotal role in generating sales through proactive outreach initiatives. From initiating outbound calls to guiding customers through product offerings with a consultative approach, you'll have the opportunity to close new business opportunities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a full-time, IN-OFFICE, Monday to Friday position.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls as part of targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
  • Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to assist customers in exploring product offerings and making informed purchase decisions.
  • Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed performance targets through adherence to defined standards and processes.
  • Customer Engagement: Maximize work time to optimize customer interactions, fostering positive sales relationships.
  • Professionalism: Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in policies, procedures, and customer needs to provide effective solutions and support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, account management, and customer service is strongly preferred.
  • High Energy: Excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, driven by a passion to make a difference.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with customers and colleagues.
